Usually royal engagements need months in preparation, and I;m willing to cut some slags on him. In addition, not all members of the royal family will join in engegements of such scale (unlike major ones like Final victory iN WOT) - this is what the protocols dictate.
Still, it is an immense insensitivity for Prince Charles to mention about "tolerance" in light of what the Queen is attending.
