Didn't this issue get resolved. I thought the Canadians started liking us again...

No, not quite. Just search the posts about Americans on Globe and Mail (which is touted as their conservative paper), and you will understand that Canada's swing voters view the United States through the Michael Moore angel.

For those who really like Americans, I can think of Australians, but definitely NOT Canucks.

"The" Canadians never stopped disliking us. They took in our planes on 9/11, rivalled our per capita blood donations thereafter, went to Afghanistan with us, sent help after Katrina faster than any other nation and so on and so on and so on. Anybody with half a brain can easily see through the MSM rhetoric on both sides of the border, the endless horseshit polls and surveys, and the self-appointed experts.

In return, you have 20+ year old Chinese kid being displaced from his hometown by the commies, sitting in what some consider the arse of the world, with a post-pubertary syndrome trying to talk politics. In order to enhance his own measly existence he tries to side with the tough guy in school by dumping on the little one. Instead of caring for his acne, he pulls anecdotal excerpts from the biggest BS sources available and sells it as evidence (geez, I can get PhDs vouch for the earth being a disk if I search long enough). He's never lived in Canada, near the border or even the US for that matter but he sits on his Island of the Big Cloud and provides "expert insight" on Canada and/or Canada-US relations. Nothing but a little bootlicker that tries to suck up to the grown-ups by talking a big talk.

Consider the source.
