Yes it is. But they didn't get him with the original crime the prosecutor was mandated to investigate. They need a sacrificial lamb. They didn't get Rove but they got Libby. That has far as the MSM is concerned, is the beginning of the end of the Bush Era.

I think he meant underlying crime.
I seem to recall that the courts some time ago ruled on something like this...that if there was no underlying crime, can there be charges related to a 'cover up.'
