Rove could be for the stronger charge of "outing" Plame? Possibly, except for the minor detail that "outing" Plame was not illegal because she was not a covert agent. You might as well "out" my receptionist.

I am reading the indictment and it seems to me that there timeline alludes to the fact it was the CIA leaking to the media, I wonder if there is some hidden indictments of spooks?
