Only for 5 years, and I think he can't argue anything before the SC...... However, this was not a result of direct judicial sentencing.....he was disbarred because after a 'report' was issued with a handslap by the judge involved, some concerned members of the BAR in Arkansas filed proceedings to revoke his license.....
