What do you think of Mr. Kincaid's take on this:

He seems to feel the way you do.

I don't really know, myself. It all seems so farfetched to me.

ZZZZZZ.

FYI - you're responding to posters who are long gone and not going to see your comments (trust me). Grow up.

I'm going to get some rest now. You sound like you need some too. Goodnight sweetheart.

The COnstitution does not permit an indictment of a sitting President. Clinton's impeachment by the House, for all intents and purposes was his indictment.

I think Kincaid lays it out very well.

Yes, Fitzgerald didn't sound confident nor even convinced that he had a case. Who would put him up to this?

As just explained on Fox, he is being charged after a crime that was never committed.

Similarly, Tom Delay was indicated for money laundering but the money wasn't dirty.

Somebody's orchestrating both cases imo and not in a vacuum.

Well, now it all makes sense if Wilson's atty is ACLU. I think that Wilson is the traitor.

I don't know if Wilson's attorney is ACLU. He swishes around like a gay ACLU attorney.

I would think that the first thing an "investigator" should establish is whether the batter was actually hit.

Exactly.......... I get your drift......................... and I'm sorry ............. for my post .............. after I saw Fitzgerald I felt he was not going after the CIA destroying another presidency (G.W.'s)........... and I drank a serious part of a bottle of Vodka!

Sorry!

I agree, although Earle certainly didn't need anyone to push him into being such a dirty, no-good 'Rat. Could it be "Somebody" who knows alot about the law and how best to get around it? Darn, I just cannot think of anyone who is that low and powerhungry, can you?
