What is even worse is that a SP spent more time and money on White Water and could not even get an Indictment of the Clintons.

Waste of time and I doubt Condi is going to go along since by now (if you're old enough to know anything about Watergate) you know the next congress will be controlled by Democrats and the next president will not just be a woman, but also a Democrat. Wonder if the next justice to the S.C. will also be a Democrat (or at least some friend for Ruth Ginzburg) in another attempt at appeasement by the WH?

Investigate the CIA, they been a veritable sieve of information, including trying to bring down the Pres. prior to the election. Remember the 'missing' explosives story leaked to the NY TImes? Plenty of examples. Let's see if anyone in government has the bal$$ to investigate them.

We know that DC grand juries are mostly black. They are more than happy to indict Republicans but I remember vividly that it was said that Ken Starr couldn't get an indictment on any of the Clintoons even if he wanted to. Our first "black" President after all.

That's what the presstitutes are saying but they are still lying - according to the indictment Libby first got the info from the STATE DEPT.
Yeah. Bush should do that. It would be the right thing to do. Clinton got off (in more ways than one), so there's no reason Libby shouldn't at least be forgiven because he was nailed by a non-crime.
Because of Libby's connections to the Clinton's, I wouldn't trust him with my bank account or charge card, but still....

LOL. It was ingenious to use red as part of their name, don't you think? We'll never suspect an ulterior motive by someone who uses the word red in their name. We'll just believe they are a good red stater and decide we should give their comments more credence.

Vice presidential adviser I. Lewis "Scooter' Libby Jr. resigned Friday after being charged with obstruction of justice, perjury and making a false statement in the CIA leak investigation, a politically charged case that could throw a spotlight on President Bush's push to war.
Karl Rove, Bush's closest adviser, escaped indictment Friday but remained under investigation, his legal status a looming political problem for the White House.
The indictment charged Libby, 55, with one count of obstruction of justice, two of perjury and two false statement counts. If convicted on all five, he could face as much as 30 years in prison and $1.25 million in fines.
The charges stem from a two-year investigation by special counsel Patrick Fitzgerald into whether Rove, Libby or any other administration officials knowingly revealed the identity of CIA officer Valerie Plame or lied about their involvement to investigators.
Libby is accused of lying about how and when he learned about Plame's identity in 2003 and told reporters about it. The information on the officer was classified.
He is also accused of lying when he told Fitzgerald's investigators that he learned about Plame's CIA status from Tim Russert of NBC. He learned it from Cheney, the indictment says.
so basically, certain lies are ok to a grand jury but others aren't. good stuff, I would like to read the criminal code on that
He wasn't indicted for outing anyone.
