Looks like Scooter is gonna be "martha'd" ... that's all I'm getting .. and, therefore, the original basis for the investigation .. at the heart of which was Flame's status being revealed or not ... seems to be a non-issue. THERE WAS NO INTENTIONAL OUTING OF VALERIE PLAME BECAUSE SHE WASN'T COVERT.
So ... Libby gets nailed for lying about his own notes .. unbelievable.
