Fox News is burning me, too. The guy just said that "Rove ESCAPED indictment, for the time being" (emphasis his). Since when does not being indicted constitute an "escape"? Only if your bias is that he should have been indicted.
Mr. Wilson is an egomaniac. He'd be at the podium to say "see, I told you the White House lied". In fact, he pre-scheduled a talk and question and answer session, I think for Monday.

Wilson is probably going to announce a civil lawsuit against Libby and Rove in an attempt to keep the story in the news.
Wilson being indicted probably has a probability of less than one percent. Not impossible, but pretty damn close.
