The logic is quite twisted:
* Libby must be convicted of perjury because this was a very important crime being investigate.
* To indict on perjury, it must be material to the case.
* The case is important because Plame's identity was classified.
* There is no law specifically prohibiting leaking classified material to the press.
This is circular at best. Am I missing something?

How about knowing the TRUTH of whether Valerie Plame was or was not COVERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
