The answer to this question is FUNDAMENTAL to this investigation. If no, then we have a strange case of an indictment for perjury where NO CRIME OCCURED.

So just one simple question folks -- WAS PLAME OFFICIALLY COVERT OR NOT ? A SIMPLE YES OR NO and a SHORT EXPLANATION as to why would be appreciated.
