That is what bothers me as well -- keep hearing that Goss is conducting an investigation within the CIA on this same issue. I only hope that is the truth because Goss would get to the bottom of it better than anyone I can think of right now.
There was a rogue CIA under Tenent which needs investigating -- is this what was dumped in Fitz's lap this week by Rove's attorneys? I just have the feeling there is more to this then meets the eye.

Anyone hear Jack Quinn, Clinton slime, on FoxNews at 4:07pm? He used an unusual phrase "Bush has used up his political capital". Now, where have I heard that before??? Oh yes, a few minutes earlier on MSNBC from supposedly objective reporter Andrea Mitchell. I'm sure the boys at the DNC HQ were highfiving each other, saying "we fax it here and it appears on TV".

Fitzgerald showed one thing he is a primadonna. Waiting after two years to the last day to issue a weak indictment, knowing the press was all over it. Libby last testified I think over a month ago, he could have indicted him on perjury then. He strung this out and now wants to continue the investigation. I think Fitzs likes the spotlight

It looks like Libby has been indicted for lying to the press and telling the GJ what he told the press. Is it a crime to lie to reporters?No, Libby was indicted because he lied to the GJ about what he allegedly told to the reporters. The reporters contradicted Libby's account of their conversations with him.
