I heard that too. What a LEAP!
There's very little "there, there" and I'm with you.
TV shut off until Brit.

Thank you for joining FR a few minutes ago to set us straight.

Do you think Lawrence O'Donnell is lurking outside the courthouse waiting for the other 21 people to be indicted ?
LOL! I forgot about that.

It would have been much better for them if 5 people had been indicted on 1 count each instead of the way it has turned out.
To: TonyInOhio
That is my wish as well. I hope they mount a vigorous attack strategy and get the rest of the story out there for all to see which will backfire on the media and the RATs.

That's why perjury exists. So that when people lie under oath and prevent the truth form coming out, they can be punished for attempting to undermine the justice system. You mean just like Bill and Hillary Clinton got punished?
BAH.

I think Shep's just mad because he wants to legalize gay marriage.

I sure miss seeing Barry Richard. He and David Boies were fun to watch as they slapped down the Gore attorneys.

Agreed. POTUS made the right statement. Crisp. No questions.

"Perjury" certainly requires intent. As I recall, so does making false statements.

It is not a crime to lie to reporters but it sure is a crime to repeat that lie to the FBI and GJ.

Thanks for the powerline link. I enjoy their perspectives, and it doesn't hurt that they are attorneys.
I WISH I could believe that Fitz did this to somehow get to somebody else other than Rove. But I just can't buy it. Fitz doesn't give a rip about Wilson's hand in all this or his lies.
Fitz has been bought and paid for, IMO.

My thought on the five counts is that Fritz want it to go to trial......Bring out more information....Which is not necessarily bad for our side.

Delusional people can never admit defeat and see the bitter reality. Liberals and their media whores wanted Rove so badly and all what they got is Libby on indictment that were not related to the issue of investigations. They hide their crushing defeat by getting more delusional.

Very classy statement from GWB. Notice- not one nasty remark about the prosecutor. ALSO- the prosecutor said he received complete and easy cooperation from the White House. (With the possible exception of Libby- but you know what I mean!)
