Yahoo keeps running headlines about the White house being worried about the indictments. There is never any proof of it in the story, just a headline. Nope, no bias trying to point guilt where there is none.

"I'm sure I heard FNC report earlier that the GJ was in session (they showed a picture of the building)."

Sorry - ok Fox now reporting GJ just about ready to get underway.

Imus is not to be believed. Two days ago, he was calling for Matthews to be fired for being so rabid and out of control.

Speaking of Matthews he seems so depressed right now. Not fired up at all.

I would believe Libby over Tim Russert any day of the week. I believe Matt Cooper also lied to the GJ. Is he going to be indicted also?! Since he is Mandy Grunwald's(Time magazine Grunwald) husband and she is Hillary's media adviser I doubt it.

Yes, it seems there may have been a coordinated conspiracy to discredit and bring down the presidency. Can you get a special prosecutor for that? These people are so transparent.

Meanwhile the economy rolls on, oblivious to all these devious power games in Washington:

10/28/05--The U.S. economy shook off headwinds from hurricanes Katrina and Rita to grow at a faster-than-expected 3.8 percent annual rate in the third quarter, a Commerce Department report showed on Friday.

The Bush tax cuts have the economy moving strongly ahead with declining deficits over the next four years (if congress passes spending cuts in 2006 to pay for Katrina spending.)

His radio ratings are fine. It's the TV ratings that aren't great. His show isn't really designed for TV.

Not DU, just the msm. Schuster starting to spit just like Chrissy. Now all these big shots up out of bed early this am with plans to tell the world Rove was indicted. Instead they have to recite these last minute admonitions about how bad this all is for Bush.

AP headline this morning is as follows: "White House Fears Indictment for Libby"

WASHINGTON (AP) -- White House officials braced for the possibility that Vice President Dick Cheney's top aide would be indicted in the CIA leak case, but held out hope presidential confidant Karl Rove might escape charges for the time being....

They think this is all intentional misinformation and that Rove will be going down today.

Mathews still pushing the lie to war angle. Frustrated at best.

I like your theory. If you listen to Chrissy Matthews, he says this case has "opened up a big can of worms" and that the war in Iraq and WMD's is what is at issue, as well as whether the Bush administration lied about the WMD's. Was there a malicious conspiracy to make up stuff to go to war? He's absolutely salivating over this whole thing. All the while wearing his black suit.

Probably that he is extending the investigation for two more months so that he can indict Karl Rove since he has only had TWO YEARS! /sarcasm

No sarcasm should be implied in your comment since it's probably right on the money. If you look long enough, you can always find someone who will give you the answer you want to hear. It doesn't matter if it's the truth, only that it's the response you wanted.

This is pathetic. After two years and still no closer to clearing this up. Fitzgerald's office should be brought up on charges of lying to the tax payers since they said their investigation was just about wrapped up months ago.

The only good thing about a possible extension is that the media is going to go ballistic.
