I agree. A responsible prosecutor wouldn't be milking this for all it was worth, he'd make his statement and leave.

FOX News radio saying there's nothing in the 22 page document from Fitzgerald's office that makes any mention of "outing Plame", reporter ended it by saying "Everyone wants to know, 'Who outed Plame?'" and gave it back to the anchor doing the news.
Makes no sense at all starting with him talking to Cooper and Miller to begin with about someone from the CIA -- you are walking into potential problems talking about anyone from there.
Yes, but unfortunately for Libby it gets into a numbers game. Are at least 3(and actually I think it was 4) reporters lying under oath, or is Libby? So then he has to go back and try to find who has more inconsistencies in their testimony, is there a pattern, etc.
I certainly wouldn't take the words of a reporter on anything, but under oath before a GJ while in the nat'l spotlight, the truth coming out is more possible.
