He'd better stop talking b/c he's digging himself a big hole. The press senses his nervousness and they are circling around him like sharks.
Because he went before a Grand Jury would be reason enough since he testified more than once. You would have to realize that you were being targeted and not to have one on board smacks of arrogance. He had to know he lied (if he did) to the FBI and the GJ.
That's 'cause he doesn't know the motive yet -- you know, why it was "leaked." Well, he keeps saying that. (Maybe he wants to prosecute it as a hate crime?)

But, I think that Rush said that for the first year or so...they were kind of just lured in by the prosecutor...like he wasn't really looking at them...just needed background...
Prolly Libby didn't think his testimony would get so blown out of proportion...but, he SHOULD have lawyered up!

It's fairly clear to me that Fitz has no intention of taking this to trial.
Wow..seems as though this guy is really trying to sell notion that if only Libby is found guilty it validates the entire process. He has stated that numerous times already.
The fact he's talking fast and incoherently, I think, works in his favor. If he made any sense, someone could sack him on his head and this would all be over with.
Ok- I've sat down and focused- listened VERY carefully to this prosecutor- and I have YET to grasp what the hell he's REALLY saying.
It sounds like his charges are stemming from an old-fashioned game of "telephone" where it's fun to see how details change when passed from one person to the next.
So everybody that went to the GJ more than once should have had a criminal attorney?
