I don't think he will go to trial.

He's holding Rove out as an inducement for Libby to plead. The reason why Rove wasn't fully cleared is to threaten Libby, "you'd better agree to whatever I offer you or I break this wide open."

I KNEW it---Soros or someone has Fitzy in their pocket...

From all I heard....after two years..it would be extremely unlikely that Fitzy would get a whole new GJ to have to hear this...

This is all about setting the scene for Bush to get impeached...this prosecutor is playing his part well...

Libby had an intellectual properties lawyer advising him while appearing before the grand jury, not a criminal defense attorney!

Neither. It is an homage to a friend, now deceased, who was a backpacking maniac and was sometimes called a 'lugsoul' as a play on words of 'lugsole', as in hiking boots. Kind of like the Beatles album, 'Rubber Soul.' But go ahead and make fun of it. That would show a lot of wit and class.

There is no need to impeach Hanoi Kerry from the US Senate

He is there illegally!

WAKEUP AMERICA!

For those who "forgot" what Hanoi Kerry
did in the past read on and learn the truth.

Hanoi Kerry was still a USNR officer while he:
gave false hearsay testimony to Congress
negotiated with the enemy
helped the US lose a war
abetted in the deaths of millions
created a hostile environment for all servicemen

Why is Kerry still in the US Senate?
This is in violation of
U.S. Constitution Amendment 14 Sec 3
http://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution/constitution.amendmentxiv.html

And the FBI has proof of his treason.

Hanoi Kerry Timeline of a traitor
includes FBI files

May 1970
Kerry and Julia traveled to Paris, France and met with Madame Nguyen Thi Binh, the Foreign Minister of the Provisional Revolutionary Government of Vietnam (PRG), the political wing of the Vietcong, and other Viet Cong and Communist Vietnamese representatives to the Paris peace talks, a trip he now calls a "fact-finding" mission.

(U.S. code 18 U.S.C. 953, declares it illegal for a U.S. citizen to go abroad and negotiate with a foreign power.)

The first part is in the report. The second is not.

I think you make a good point. How do we know the dates the reporters say are the correct ones? I think this might not be a slam-dunk for the prosecutor.

You have that right on Corn. I don't know if Libby is guilty, but this investigation, unless something is revealed in the press conference, is an utter joke. David Corn was the first to know in public...he claims guess.

So, follow me here: Scooter Libby is being indicted for lying to reporters, not the Grand Jury. Do I have this right or not?
