Fitzgerald has obstructed justice by apparently failing to look into the orchestration of lies, deceit and misuse of government resources. If every charge against Libby is true, I still find the numerous allegations and clouds over Wilson's head to be far more serious.

Did you just here the instances where they said he lied? It is weak...
Seems to me they are getting him for saying, "I told Matt Cooper, Russert and Miller I didn't know that she worked for the agency when they asked me about it."
That is true that he told them that. I don't think they refute that.
The issue seems to be that Fitzgerald is aying that Libby did know and told the reporters he didn't. Seems weak to me.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if Valerie Plame had been covert withing the meaning of the statute, somebody - maybe many people - would have been indicted a long time ago. To paraphrase George Tenet, it would have been a "slam-dunk".
