No parole doesn't matter. 10-1 says that Fitz offers Libby a sentence with no jail time. Without having read the indictment, this is weak stuff. If Libby takes it, it's over. If he fights, he always has a GWB pardon in his back pocket.
Part of the indictment- Russert is mentioned by Fitz in relation to a conversation between Russert and Libby.
Stronger indictment than expected. Each of the counts covers a 5 year penalty.
Fitz, you're gonna have some 'splainin' to do on that one.
