The leaks weren't from Fitzgerald, his staff, or the grand jurors. They were from witnesses and their attorneys. There is nothing illegal about it.

Up until this past week, yes. Unless people are totally guessing, though, the "fact" that Fitz is going to the GJ with the Libby indictment would only be known by an insider.

I think the ABC thing 2 days ago might have been Fitz' attempt to out a leaker.
