Foxnews earlier reported that Fitzgerald and Jury Foreman would then present the indictment to court but they were simply reporting a formality. No one has indicated whether he went alone. They're reporting every nuance seen on people's face but not this critical matter.

Personally, I think somebody should have been fired for OKing the nepotism inherent in Wilson's trip.
They have resigned from the DSCC (Schumer's committee) and have admitted guilt.The crime carries a maximum two year prison term and a large fine.The DSCC has been paying their legal bills.

The leaks weren't from Fitzgerald, his staff, or the grand jurors. They were from witnesses and their attorneys. There is nothing illegal about it.
Well, if all that is being reported is true, he's successful so far.
