what's a Mulligan? Frankly, when I heard the news this morning I sighed a big sigh of relief - hate to see the family fight - this is not the battle to fight over (conservatives among conservatives). I was neutral till the hearings, but just sick of all the gnashing of teeth. Let's hope GW's bold this time. If you heard Rush yesterday say what he would do now - it was awesome! Rush '08!

A Mulligan's a "do over" shot in golf. I don't know whether to be happy about this or not. I just hope GW picks an unambiguous constructionist/conservative. If there has to be a knock-down drag-out fight, then so be it. I think it would hurt the Dems worse than us.
