We frankly need more Dr. Tom Coburn's in the Senate. I was so happy to see Sen Allen stick with Dr. Coburn on the pork bills. It is a start!
I heard an interview with him...where he was asked about his "political future"...and did he have POTUS aspirations.
He demurred, of course, but he also said that he has a "self-imposed" term limit of 2 terms...so whatever happens after that...he isn't thinking about.
Wouldn't you know that one of the GOOD ones would self-impose a term limit on himself!!
