Carpeting didn't suffer too much!

Work was a little slow to day so I got to work on some other stuff I really needed to get done! I just love the feeling that I got something accomplished! *Hugs*

Hope he has better luck at patching roofs than my hubby. He's been tryin' to patch a leak to our bathroom for 2 years, and everytime he thinks he has it done, it rains and proves him wrong! I just hate to have to hire someone--it's gonna cost a bloomin' fortune!

Glad the carpet wasn't ruined!...of course, if it were maybe you could get the insurance to cover for new!

Isn't it a great feeling to actually get something done and finish it! Ahhhhhh...now you can sit back and enjoy the evening. Wish hubby would hurry and get home...my tummy's growling!

I'd have to take everything out of there..
There's a desk in there that must weigh 200 lbs!
We'll have to get by with a patched roof for winter..
If I blow all that money on the roof, we won't have any money for heating oil!

I know exactly how you feel! I want new flooring in my kitchen, but I have soooo much heavy stuff in there that I just overlook the old stuff instead of dealing with moving it.
