Congratualtions Chicago, my sweet home.
Parents still live in Batavia. I grew up in Lombard but have been in Texas for 32 years
Haahhahahaha.......
You Lose, we win... get Over It
SCOREBOARD....
WORLD CHAMPIONS!!!
HOLY COW!!! SWEEP!!!! LIDGE CAME THRU AGAIN!!!
Jermain Dye MVP per ESPN.
Thanks for cheering them on.
They're all alone in the futility club now.
Haven't won a pennant since 1945 and a WS since 1098. Ouch.
I was really proud of George and Barbara Bush...staying and supporting the Astros to the end. Classy folks.
Congrats to the Sox. =) Now maybe you can stop telling the kids in our stands that our city should have been destroyed by a hurricane!
Congratulations to all the White Sox fans!
Tough to watch, but congrats.
Jermaine Dye is MVP like I predicted
1908.
Poor Houston. Well at least they still have the Texans. Bwhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.
Aw heck - I've waited 48 years - the Sox fans had been waiting almost twice that long. It'll be sweet when it happens. I'm proud that finally got there and got that monkey off their backs. It was a very exciting series. When does spring training start?
Not in the World Series.
(They both play in the same league)
And the Rockets... snicker, snicker...
Maybe Cubs vs. Astros next year. ;-)
