Well, once they're 'dead', they can be stripped naked, put on Styrofoam boards, wrapped in clear plastic, get a price sticker affixed, and do a PETA anti-meat protest as well. Make it a twofer.

Believe me, if I lived anywhere near D.C. I would figure out some way to make the idiots miserable. One could pretend to be one of them and pass around a fair amount of itching powder and then fade peacefully into the sunset. Did I ever mention that I have a mean streak?
