The prosecutor is a democrat political hack and the judge is a supporter of moveon.org.

Any legal way to demand that the judge be forced to recuse himself since his political affiliation could be viewed as prejudicial?

Its a pretty big gap between Republican House Leader and Democrat Judge who supports moveon.org.

Couldn't DeGuerin put up some classy charts with pictures of moveon.org's activities, play any recordings that are over the line w/r/t their opinion of Mr. DeLay, and state, for the record, moveon.org's raison d'etre? Then show the link between the judge and moveon.org...its still on Open Secrets so its not like anyone is digging dirt on the judge; its there for anyone with eyes to see.

Houston Chronicle had an article within the past year...think I still have it...about how DeLaw was being actively "targeted." I'll try to find it.

I am proud of Mr. DeLay for refusing to back down or bow down to dirty Ronnie Earle politics.

I note you live in Texas. Has it occurred to you that we elect our judges and everyone of them has a political affiliation?
