Any legal way to demand that the judge be forced to recuse himself since his political affiliation could be viewed as prejudicial? I note you live in Texas. Has it occurred to you that we elect our judges and everyone of them has a political affiliation?

Hi, HC...yes, the judgeships are the only time I vote "D" if I know the "R" is no good.
It just seems that with Earle's obvious push to get DeLay, the timing, and the sloppy way he is going about it, DeGuerin should at least be able to petition for a judge that doesn't contribute to moveon.org.
But, not knowing that much about it (obviously!), is that even an option available to DeGuerin?
