I think it depends on context.

Were a self-described black FReeper to use derogatory epithets about whites, the post would likely be pulled.

When a self-described white FReeper uses a derogatory epithet about whites it is generally allowed to stand, however.

There is also a subset of FReepers who have appointed themselves the racism police and will hit abuse if a post strikes them as having a slight hint of racism.
