I don't know why I do this. Up at 4am a few times a week lately. I guess my body just says, enough sleeping.

It's nice to have coffee, hours before kids get up. :) Plus I already have laundry going, dishes done. LOL!! I'll be tired by 2pm today though.

He at least got to pop in. Somewhere over the last few days he said they will finally be getting hi-speed internet one of these days. Yes, I'm starting to drag. Trying to catch up on the music thread and clean papers.

It will be nice to see OldSarge get on line more often. I'm sure he's going to be so pleased having high speed internet. The slow go must be very frustrating. I should wait and post tables later in the day, in case he gets on line early.

KBR CHOW REPORT:

Fried fish, noodles, buffalo wings, watermelon and Hadji-Cola.

YESTERDAY'S fare at the Fobbit Hole included clam chowder, chicken-ala-king and egg noodles, ham salad and fresh coffee. The kitchenette gets a workout on days off.

Also treated myself yesterday to a nine-hour movie binge of Lord Of The Rings. I was in heaven...

Still having to poke around on the slow side, but it's getting better. We're missing a few cables, so Sparks and the Blue-eyed Devil are scrounging for me. Once I get those, it'll be a matter of an hour of installation disks, and the Web is up.

I watched the whole thing, nine hours, by myself, in the comfort of the Fobbit Hole.

And the sandstorms have struck. Saturday was hot and calm, and it was a nice breezy day all yesterday, the wind out of the south. But today? Blasts out of the west, and as long as you're behind a building, it's not bad, but the bike ride was rough...

It's actually down into the 70's at night!
