Even Islamoterrorists are allowed to peaceably protest. They are protected by the first amendment because your idea of a "bad" group of people may not be the same as someone else's idea of a "bad" group.

Pedophiles can protest.
Nazis can protest.
Homosexuals can protest.
Christians can protest.
Whites can protest.
Jews can protest.
Texans can protest.
Serial killers can protest.
Abortionists can protest.
Funeral directors can protest.
Terrorists can protest.
Perverts can protest.
Dog killers can protest.
Bank robbers can protest.
Fascists can protest.
Communists can protest.
Socialists can protest.
Atheists can protest.
Nudists can protest.
Christian-haters can protest.

Anyone can assemble to protest: They just have to follow the rules on their permit.

No one may riot, loot or vandalize no matter how angry they are.
