Not entirely true. Michael Medved, Dennis Prager, Bill O'Reilly, Mark Davis are others who defend giving Harriett Miers a hearing. Medved has been particularly vocal against those who want to scare Miers off the stage.
Add Michael Reagan to that list. Best I can tell at any rate, on a first read.
I've heard Medved's arguments. They're pretty good.
