They likely pre-emptively asked Al Gonzales that he take their names off the list so that Bush wouldn't ask them.

Like I said I don't believe this story but if true "shame on them". Many have given far more then an embarassing week or two in defense of our constitution, when called to defend the constitution you are scum if you decline.
