The clear solution is to make sure no country has a Muslim majority. If that means pruning a diseased branch of humanity to save the rest, so be it.

I always have this favorite story from my early days in the Air Force. I was in technical training at Sheppard AFB, in Texas, and in the class ahead of me there were 2 guys from the Royal Bahraini Air Force, one of them a member of the royal family. They took the time to tell everyone not to grab their left hands (for the familiar reasons,) and not to have pork around them, etc.
Imagine our surprise the first Friday we were there, to go to the Officers' Club and find Ali and Salah already there, cigarettes in one hand, beer on the other, and their arms around these gorgeous local señoritas. One of us got brave and asked Ali how come they were drinking, smoking and cavorting on a Friday if they were Muslim.
Ali replied: "Oh, that applies only in Bahrain. Allah is in Bahrain, not here, so we can do whatever we like."
On that day, what little respect I had left for Islam was gone.
