What ever happened to "Rush rooms"? I think the capability to listen to the show on-line at work, in college and universities, etc. diminished the 'need' for Rush rooms.

A local burger joint here in SC still has a Rush Room

Rush just talked about Bill Buckley. Here is an anecdote. Last year I did an interview with the man who created "W KETCHUP." The first customer was Bill Buckley who had W KETCHUP at a party.

U.N. Nuke Watchdog Wins Nobel Peace Prize (IAEA and ElBaradei) ^
Just another example of the Nobel continuing irrelevence. Yeah we should really celebrate a guy who completed failed in his job of preventing North Korean and soon Iran from getting the bomb. A guy who was giving cover to Saddam. What a sick stupid joke.

I was thinking about it and someone was supposed to email me their reservation to I could use it. It never arrived. I don't know that I'm up for the drive not knowing whether I'd get in.

There was a dinner honoring Buckley who just turned 80 yrs. old. President Bush was there, I saw clip on TV. I guess Rush was either there, or simply bringing it up because of the occasion and the fact that he has always lionized Buckley.
To: AliVeritas
You met Buckley? One of my early heroes. When I was about 16, I read GOD AND MAN AT YALE.

Is she making any sense to any of you? I think she's lost it.
