First I would like to say, do I believe it is an honest question? No I don't. I think it is mudslinging.
Do I think she's gay? No.

Would it matter if she were gay? To me yes.
It would bother me infinitely more than if she were say... Catholic.

HA! Too funny. I get the same thing as a single 36 year old gal. Of course, I say its because I haven't found the right man. Sucks to be an old fashioned kinda gal these days.

"Not unless she and Ginsberg do the nasty on the bench.
"

Is that what they mean by, 'Rendering Law'?

What? I am just asking the question!

I am not saying he does. I am just asking if it would matter. From your response I see that it does matter to you. Very revealing.

That is how I feel about it. Hypothetically, if Chris likes the feel of lace against his skin there is nothing wrong with that. I just wondered if it would matter.

From the response I got it appears that it would. Strange how eager some people are to smear someone with no evidence and yet when the question is turned around on them they get quite huffy.

Youre asking if being a homo influences the law? You actually think it DOESNT?!

Please don't count me in the Huffy Department.

If she makes good rulings based on the law and the constitution, I couldn't care less what she does with members of like species in her spare time.

My mother had two "Old Maid" cousins. One of them never married and the other did late in life. They were sisters, and neither of them had children. They did, however, have several nieces and nephews, my mother alone contributing five of them.

Those "Old Maids" left a handsome estate, and seventeen of their nieces and nephews shared half of it, to the surprise of each of us. The other half went to their church.

They never flaunted their private lives, or as it turns out, their wealth.

Ok Geo. Bush didn't nominate Core to anything.

He just said that Miers is the most qualified person he could find to serve on the SCOTUS.

He could have picked any number of others that wouldn't have raised the slightest suspicion. I think this was dumb and left the base hanging. Remember, the last unmarried person that was put on the supreme court? Rule: No unmarried males that live in log cabins in the woods, OK agree?

Yes, the question is legit, and IT DOES MATTER.

So the liberals say that a woman can be fulfilled without marriage and children. Then a conservative does that and she must be gay? Ridiculous!!!!
