Uh, because not EVERYONE in the bar is a raving homosexual lunatic. Not EVERYONE who teaches is a ignorant, left-wing activist. There are people working from within the system to reform it. Although the judicial system is heavily left-wing, not EVERYONE in the bar is corrupt.

If you would not see any Bar qualification as advantageous, there would be a lot of conservatives who are now active for conservative causes in the judicial field out in the cold.
