We have 20 police reports filed for 100+ political sign thefts & vandalism from this past primary election on Bainbridge Island. 5 vandals were caught in the act, photographed stealing the signs and 3 were held until the BI keystone cops arrived.

NOT A SINGLE CASE HAS BEEN FORWARDED FOR PROSECUTION!!! The police chief Haney said he couldn't determine "intent." I'm thinking about going over to Chief Haney's home and "borrow" something without his knowledge, and if I get caught, I'll return what ever I borrow and see if he really means what he says.

It's not Haney's job to determine intent. Thats for the prosecutor. Just arrest the bastards and if the prosecutor drops the ball, hold his/her feet to the fire. Let me guess, the prosecutor is a Rat?
