(Part 1)FR EXCLUSIVE: Breaking -- Major Newspaper Doing Blockbuster Story on Peter Paul and Hillary

Oct. 3, 2005
Doug from Upland
Reporting from Upland, CA

FReepers, we have this report exclusively for you first here on FreeRepublic, the political website of record. A major newspaper, the identity of which will be released later this week, will publish a blockbuster story on Sunday discussing donor Peter Paul and the beneficiary of his $1.9 million campaign contribution in 2000, Hillary Rodham Clinton.

We do not know yet the path the story will take, but in 8,000 words, Hillary is not going to be very happy. Hillary, Bill, and their powerful cadre of spinners and coverup artists have been unable to stop the story.

As Tom DeLay faced his second indictment today, the questions continue to be asked by Paul. Why has Hillary Clinton been allowed to file three false FEC reports? Why has no one attempted to bring her to justice? Why has the biggest campaign fraud on record not been above the fold on page one in major newspapers? Why has it not lead nightly news stories?

It is more than just Hillary who is involved. Bill Clinton, Ed Rendell and Terry McAuliffe are up to their eyeballs in this scandal. David Rosen, a low level functionary in Hillary's campaign, was up to his eyeballs, but a Los Angeles jury decided he was not the one to punish. Hillary 2000 Campaign treasurer Andrew Grossman, who signed all three of the fraudulent FEC reports, is up to his eyeballs in the scandal. Amazingly, Grossman has so far escaped indictment.

In 2001, prior to the due date of the final amended FEC report, attorney David Kendall was served on behalf of Hillary in Paul's unprecedented and historic civil suit against a former president and sitting senator for fraud and conspiracy. His client was provided with cancelled checks and invoices, along with a demand to declare the campaign contributions or return the money. For five years the massive coverup has continued. The civil case, after review by the California Supreme Court, is headed for a Los Angeles superior court early in 2006 where Hillary, Bill, and several others will be under oath. Many of the Hollywood elite who attended the gala fundraising concert in 2000 are on the witness list. It will be a civil trial to remember and may be the only thing standing in the way of Hillary becoming commander in chief.

The case against Tom DeLay may be esoteric and, although it may have pushed the envelope, may not have been criminal conduct. What Hillary did is clearly criminal, it is easy to understand, and it was done in broad daylight.

Where is New York's own Ronnie Earle? Where is a prosecutor with the guts to go after those who committed the mother of all campaign finance scandals?

SPECIAL NOTE: It is expected that the hard-hitting documentary INDICTING HILLARY will be released during the campaign of 2006. INDICTING HILLARY chronicles her massive campaign finance fraud, her continuing failure to obey the law, her refusal to amend three fraudulent reports, and the aiding and abetting of her criminal conduct by a former president, William Jefferson Clinton, a current governor/former DNC chairman, Ed Rendell, and the immediate past DNC chairman, Terry McAuliffe. Hillary, you'd better put some ice on that.

I hope this is something that can't be swept under the rug, like Vince Foster.

Great job, Doug. I can't believe Foster is under the rug and I think it took some on our side to help put him there. How in heck did Starr sign off on a suicide that was so suspicious? And how will this actually hurt Hillary if that didn't? But I am ever hopeful.

No way, it would have far greater impact if it's in the WaPo or NY Slimes (dare I hope?). Of course the WSJ is a far superior paper, but any expose of Hillarity that the WSJ might publish would hardly get a yawn from the rest of the MSM.... if it's WaPo or the Slimes the MSM might have to sit up and take notice.....

There should be a Pulitzer Prize at stake for the journalist who fully unravels the Clinton fundraising frauds, but of course they do not give Pulitzers for journalism which does not aid leftist causes....

For those who didn't pay attention last week, Ann Coulter mentioned the Hillary scandal and Larry King quickly changed the subject. I expect King to be on the witness list.

"How about this. Start calling shows and demand that they have on Peter Paul as a guest."

May be a good idea. You did pretty well last week(or was it the week before) on Bill Bennett. I'll be listening for you tomorrow! ;^)

It depends what you mean by major newspaper. All of us in conservative circles already know about this story. Will it get out to a wider audience?

Hillary as commander-in-chief

Those are the five words why The Shrill will never be President.  Never.

It fails me why so many fear this lunatic.

She's not half as dangerous as the people who elected her.  And Kerry.  And Clinton. And Kennedy.  And Ried.  And....the list is endless.

Know your enemy, he is among us.

Kudos to those that tossed out Daschle, they finally got it.

If it's true, I hope she is exposed.

Ugh!! UGH!!

Let's try and use a different word than "exposed" when speaking about Ms. Thunderthighs, okay? ;^)

Not WSJ, but after the exposure, every newspaper in the world will have the story. This is great timing because of the DeLay indictments. The reporter has been working on it for more than a month. Yes, this is Pulitizer Prize time.

This case is clear as can be. Peter has receipts and invoices. He provided them to the campaign. They refused to correct three fraudulent reports. He has film of the Spago lunch, the Gershman tea, and the gala concert.

Hillary, Bill, and lots of their pals under oath in a civil case with Hollywood stars as witnesses will be an incredible event. It will absolutely be covered and will be huge news.

Justice is truly blind on occasion.

When it comes to California juries, it is deaf and dumb too.

This is a civil trial. Can you imagine the questions that are going to be asked? The depositions and questions in open court are going to get it all out there. Hillary never thought Peter would make it back from Brazil alive. He did, and now the fun begins.

Nice scoop Doug..hope the exposure will be as advertised. MSM might bury this as the Berger escapades were buried. Although I hope not.
