For one, see my post #20. Texas Supreme Court Justice Nathan Hecht -- about as strong of a pro-life, strict constitutional construntionist as you can get (plus a fellow church member and occasional romancer of Miers) -- says this about her:

“her personal views are consistent with that of evangelical Christians… You can tell a lot about her from her decade of service in a conservative church.”

Hecht says about Miers’ judicial philosophy: “She’s an orginalist — that’s the way she takes the Bible,”

That, plus I trust people like President Bush, Vice-President Cheney, Leonard Leo, Jay Sekulow, and James Dobson. Bush promised us strict constitutionalists as judges, he has delivered them thus far, and I have no reason to believe that he'll go back on his promise.

The Burden of Proof isn't on us to show she isn't deserving, rather it is on the nominee to show that he/she is deserving. Alot of people who are her friends are vouching for her conservative credentials- but friends tend to say nice things about friends.

Conservatives broke their backs working to re-elect Bush and a a Republican Senate. We deserve a solid and established Conservative, and not someone who is an unknown. And the lives of unborn babies are too important to blindly trust anyone on this matter.
