If there is any complaint to be made about a lack of facts, it is that those who are defending this nomination don't have any. OK, that's kinda out there. But the lady on FNC just made a good point: HM vetted and put forth all those excellent judicial appointments that President Bush has previously nominated, with which conservatives have been very pleased.
