True, we never know how a justice will turn out. Maybe we will be pleasantly surprised by Miers. However, I am very disappointed GWB missed an opportunity to make history by appointing the first black female justice, or the first Hispanic.

Oh sure! He might've picked Carol Mosely Brown or Attorney General Gonzales. Don't kid yourself that this President would pick a Garza or (I forget the name of that Black conservative female from Texas). I had high hopes in January of 2000 that we'd put the brakes on globalism. GW may not be himself CFR, but Cheney is; Rummy is; and so are most of the rest of his top advisors.

The agenda continues right on schedule as it has since 1929. Conspiracy trivia question: Why 1929?
