I havent read all the posts, Im taking a break from homework, so i dont know if this has been addressed or not: Suppose W knows he is going to get another nomination (Ginsburg? Stevens?) and is just "throwing a bone" to the left here?

Cardinal4, I am not a Bush hater. I have stuck behind him through think and thin. If you don't believe I worked for the RNC, then contact them. My name is Michael Katz and I traveled around the country with 3 other people. We followed John Kerry around and wore dolphin suits making fun of how much he flip-flops. We had a website called flippercam.com, which was linked to the RNC website. I was in the Regan Center election night and I have a picture with Paul Wolfowitz from that night, if you would like me to send you that also I can. The point is even Bush's supporters have a breaking point and nominating Miers is it.
