It's amazing to me how so many people claim to be experts on the judiciary. I have NO idea who would be a good pick. I am pretty sure President Bush isn't going to tap the ACLU for a judge, so I think I will just go along with his judgement.

Kinda makes it easy to be an expert when the powers plays can so easily get it wrong.
