Mom - Post 472 reads "News just said that Boren had ordered a bomb sweep of the stadium earlier today ( before the game)??? I wonder if they had heard something?? That's kinda wierd."

Do you know if this is standard procedure prior to a game?

It is not standard procedure that I know of and that makes it even stranger that at Gate 7 (I am naming the gate we entered) that security there didn't thoroughly check our bags. I had my purse inside an OU bag -- he took one cursory look, didn't even ask to see the inside of my daughter's purse, and waved us in -- two women sitting next to us had the same thing happen.

I will ask around to see if they swept the stadium. That is weird.
