My wild days at PSU are long over, but fondly remembered. I feel sorry for the kids on today's campuses, having to deal with Homeland Security issues, overbearing opinionated professors who punish them for being conservative, and the fears of terrorist bombings in their residence halls, libraries, classrooms, etc.

Yeah, I was just telling my wife a couple a days ago that I can't imagine our little two year old grandson growing up in the exact environment you are speaking of. It's a whole nother world than it was when you and I were growing up. Hard not to get sad about it sometimes. Plus, who would have ever thought we'd be fighting terrorists the rest of our lives, not only abroad, but right here in the US?

Don't run into much of that here at OU, but I'm also 50, retired Air Force, and not particularly likely to to respond favorably to intimidation anyway.
