Are you sure about that?

There are more than 1,000 chemicals in a cup of coffee. Of these, only 26 have been tested, and half caused cancer in rats.

Thanks, Mama. I've given up ice cream, bread except on occasion, refined sugar, and sodas...but I'm still clinging to my coffee. (sigh) And unfortunately, I really enjoy my coffee. You've given me 1,000 reasons to reconsider. Isn't decaf supposed to have even more chemicals?

It is the 26 that cause cancer, which we use to jump start our brains.

I heard a report over the weekend, new tests show coffee is good for you in moderation.

Someone always wants to moderate what is on the "feels good list"....
