Thanks, Mama. I've given up ice cream, bread except on occasion, refined sugar, and sodas...but I'm still clinging to my coffee. (sigh) And unfortunately, I really enjoy my coffee. You've given me 1,000 reasons to reconsider. Isn't decaf supposed to have even more chemicals?
I don't know about that, but reading "factoids" cures me from both doing and digesting, depending on the item factoided: (laughing, but not really sure I should be).
