Looks like Penn has been reopened - all clear

IIRC...a few years ago there were soda bottle incidents reported along the tracks in the Philadelphia metro area. On TM at that time it seemed like it could have been a trial run.
I remember that too. I sure wish we had a way of filing these incidents by subject so we could find them again.
Too bad someone can't put a bomb in Mick's fat mouth.
Good morning everyone!
I'm trying to catch up on the thread but wanted to post something that I just read in our local paper. I haven't seen most of this information but please forgive me if someone has already posted.
This came from:

I am a subscriber so I'm not sure if you have to be in order to read this link. I hope not!
CLIP:
Three plots cited targeted U.S. territory, including plans to use hijacked airplanes to attack the West Coast in mid-2002 and the East Coast in mid-2003.
Two sources familiar with intelligence information said the West Coast plot targeted the Library Tower, the tallest building in Los Angeles, and involved Malaysian militants and Khalid Shaikh Mohammed, the alleged mastermind of the Sept. 11 attacks, who was captured in 2003.
The third plot was the case of Jose Padilla, a former Chicago gang member who converted to Islam and allegedly plotted with top al-Qaeda commanders to detonate a radioactive "dirty bomb" in a U.S. city.
Padilla, whose plot never materialized, was designated an enemy combatant by Bush and is being held without criminal charge at a Navy brig in South Carolina.

Do you all remember when there was talk on the thread about the Library Tower in LA? I sure do and it seems that the great researchers on this thread were dead on!
I can't imagine who is filling stadiums to see these idiots.
(AP) TRENTON - Federal officials say New Jerseys counterterrorism agents filed 140 intelligence reports into a crime-fighting database with no grounds for suspicion other than the suspects were Muslims.
The Star-Ledger of Newark obtained a copy of the confidential review. It appears to support State Police, who said the computer entries amounted to improper profiling of suspects.
The State Police barred the Counter-Terrorism Office from making entries into the database fearing they would make it appear the agency condones profiling as it nears the end of a series of federally mandated racial profiling reforms...
If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck...
Way to go troopers!
Columbus - that's my hometown! (I live in Florida)
I do remember that. I can't remember though if it was before or after KSM was captured.
Another file... :)
Dayside on FOX:
Reporter: We see # 19 here again, I got an e-mail asking about it... is there anything at all to that number?
Steve Emerson: No, -chuckle- no, not really... they don't know how many people for sure.
---
Ok then... Maybe not 19 in this plot, for sure. But "No," then move on? Disappointing Steve.
The media is willing to sit at the entrance to the subway hoping to be first on the scene, but they don't delve into any real possibilities..
I saw that and wondered how he missed the relevance of numbers in all his research on AQ.
The two idiots that have taken over Dayside need to be replaced. Is Linda not coming back after maternity leave? I heard them saying something about changing the name of the show.
Here they have Steve Emerson, one of the top terror experts, and how much time did they give him? A half minute? The media doesn't have a clue when it comes to real investigative journalism.
