"In sad reflection, if Terri would have arisen and headed for the door perfectly healthy, they would have tackled her and dragged her back to die the way they demanded"

Greer could have appointed another guardian or handed the case over to another judge and chose not to. He wanted her dead.

Greer's puppeteers wanted him to make her dead and whatever the payoff or bribe was, I hope it was worth it to him. I still want Judge George Greer (republican) indicted. There's enough right now to nab him on. Get to it, USDOJ! a little late with the new, ongoing investigation but get er dun. HHS is investigating whether Terri's civil rights were violated. Gee, let me think about that one.

Yes! Yes, and yes!

It appears they all did.

Ya know, FV is right about Greer, he did break laws to ensure Terri would suffer dehydration and starvation.

It would be just wonderful if our AG in the DOJ began an investigation into the way Terri's case was handled from a legal standpoint.

Doing the INVESTIGATION and REVIEW that our President asked the District Court to do, which they failed to do. Instead, taking the case at surface, failing to help this precious brain damaged woman who had fought so hard and so very long to live.

Our nation would benefit from a full exposure of EXACTLY how Greer handled this case, from the very beginning.

The failures to enfore depositions, establish a voice for Terri in the courtroom, etc., etc., etc.

I wonder how we could help encourage our AG to look into the case...I doubt the Florida AG would do it.
